Dear Safeco,This is the damage your irresponsible driver did to our car, not to mention the bruised & sore back of our daughter. Your total loss adjuster was unprofessional, combative, unapologetic and just plain rude. As you can see - YOUR DRIVER HIT US. - Do the right thing and make us whole and quit the crap.
