Miles: 4 Round trip
Elevation gain: 1,175 feet

Last Sunday I hiked Rattlesnake Ridge with a friend. What a gorgeous day & view.
JI & Shelli... I still haven't hiked the "M"! --hint, hint...
Ohh.. and could someone help me with my marquee html? I am rusty, I want to add mouse over to stop and get rid of the missing image symbol. --TU :-)

Changes

Family life is full of major and minor crises -- the ups and downs of health, success and failure in career, marriage, and divorce -- and all kinds of characters. It is tied to places and events and histories. With all of these felt details, life etches itself into memory and personality. It's difficult to imagine anything more nourishing to the soul. - Thomas Moore

I was perusing through this blog the other day and realized it would be a shame for it not to continue. Hopefully all who can contribute will. It's fun to see your road trips and milestones. I will start contributing again myself.

Love,
Mum

Mum & Nuggy

Is this picture too dark? I think I'll use it for my profile. My eyes are open, which is a rare event and I am with my favorite doggy girl Miss Nugget. We are thinking of adopting another dog, a stray who appears to be a yorkipoo, I may have gotten the name wrong. He's a boy, around 10mos. 15# and needs a haircut. Tiffy really wants to be his mum, there is one stipulation, we need to get him fixed, or Nugget, maybe both. -No puppies allowed if we adopt. I think I should get Nugget fixed, it is not pleasant when she is in heat. If we do adopt, RR who kept saying, no, no, no, out of the blue said "I've got the perfect name"! - Ozzy Black Sabbath. Tiffy and I being brillant said - Yes!

Now You're Talkin'

Don't wait for a light to appear
at the end of the tunnel,
stride down there....
and light the bloody thing yourself.
