Top Ten Weekend Ideas
When confronted with the question; 'What do you want to do this weekend'? I am always at a loss. I decided to be proactive and compile a list of my top ten, however doing this at the kitchen table I had a lot of input from a couple of friends and my top ten turned into a top twenty ideas close to Seattle. We we go:
1) Oregon Beaches - any sandy beach!
2) Seattle Pike Place Market
3) Alki Beach- Seattle Seafair Priates land July 11th
4) Raspberry Festival, Lyden WA: July 17th & 18th
5) Gorge Outrigger Races, Stevenson WA: July 17th & 18th
6) Art Walk & Wine Gala, Prosser WA: July 18th
7) Columbia River Gorge Bluegrass Festival, Stevenson WA: July 23 - 26th
8) Any Western WA Day Hike
9) Leavenworth, WA
10) Coure de lane, ID
11) San Franciso, CA]
12) Victoria, BC
13) Rose Garden, Portland, OR
14) WA State Beaches: Kalaloch or Quinault Lodge
15) Langley, WA
16) Manor Farm Inn, Poulsbo, WA
17) Winthrop, WA
18) Renaissance Fair, Buckley, WA - 1st three weekends in August
19) Blackberry Festival, Bremerton, WA: September 5-7
20 Disneyland, CA (cause you're never too old)
